A new £340,000 bridge connecting the new Liverpool ferry terminal to the rest of the city's docks has been officially opened.
Liverpool Waters announced the pedestrian bridge which runs from Princes Dock to Central Dock was opened by its Development Director Chris Capes and Liverpool councillor Nick Small.
The route, which foot passengers will use to get to and from the city centre, forms part of a docklands transport network.
Liverpool Waters says its long-term vision is to open the entire Liverpool waterfront from Aigburth to Bramley-Moore Dock.
