Elderly people are gearing up for a sponsored walk along Douglas Promenade.
It's being organised by the Isle of Man Live At Home Scheme - it starts at the War Memorial at 2pm.
The charity supports around 700 people around the Island who live at home and need assistance whether that's help with their shopping or just some company.
