Carers are being invited to share their experiences to shape future standards of care for those with dementia.
Manx Care is hosting a series of meetings called 'In Your Shoes,' with the first taking place on March 19.
Those attending can meet nurses, doctors, leaders and other healthcare staff, and speak to them openly about their experiences.
The meeting will take place from 10am-12pm at Crossroads for Carers Charity Shop on Tynwald Street in Douglas.
