List of low risk Covid-19 locations announced

Government has identified a series of Island locations which pose a low risk of Covid-19.

It comes after two unexplained cases of Coronavirus were discovered locally in the past 24 hours.

The list is as follows:

• Superdrug, Strand Street, Douglas from 11:25am to 11:30am
• Boots, Strand Street, Douglas from 11:30am to 11:35am
• Coop, Duke Street, Douglas from 11:45am to 11:50am
• Bus Vannin service 21B (Lord Street to Pulrose) from 12:05pm to 12:12pm
• EVF Brown Bobby Filling Station, Peel Road, Douglas from 4:00pm to 4:10pm

Government insists the risk to the general public is low, but anyone who visited any of the locations during the times specified and goes on to develop Covid-19 symptoms should quarantine straight away and call the 111 service.

The 111 line is available from 8am to 8pm each day.
