On Facebook, Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse said the number of ministerial sackings has reached a tipping point.
He added there's an increasing number of calls for a vote of no-confidence in Chief Minister Alf Cannan.
But he says there are limited options to find a replacement with the character and characteristics for the top job.
