Peel lifeboat was launched yesterday to rescue a 49 foot traditional yacht which was having problems with its fuel supply.
The yacht was travelling from the West Coast of Scotland to Haven when it got into trouble just a few miles off the Peel Coast just before 5PM.
Four crew who were onboard were towed back to Peel.
Meanwhile at the same time a yacht was being escorted into Douglas by a lifeboat after separate issue with fuel supply.
Douglas coastguard met the passenger onboard who was uninjured.
