Peel lifeboat was called to help a group of teenagers on paddleboards at the weekend.
The RNLI says the four were being blown offshore by strong winds on Friday, June 27.
Two made it to rocks near the former swimming baths, and coastguards helped bring them to safety.
The charity is reminding people wind can be deceptively powerful even when the sea appears calm, and advises carrying a phone in a waterproof pouch along with a lifejacket.
