Peel's lifeboat came to the rescue yesterday, after a yacht got caught up in fishing gear.
The 38 foot yacht with two crew got entangled with a lobster pot marker around five miles west of Peel just before 6am.
The Frank and Brenda Winter went to its aid - and managed to free the rudder from the lines with a long boat hook.
Nobody was injured during the incident, and the vessel continued towards Strangford Lough in Northern Ireland.
