Lifeboat volunteers raised £1,000 in a car wash fundraiser last weekend.
Volunteers from the Port St Mary RNLI said there was a 'constant stream of customers' on 25 September.
The funds raised will be used to help provide RNLI crews with essential equipment so they can keep saving lives at sea.
The crew said they'd like to extend "a massive thank you" to members of the local community for their continued support.
