Peel lifeboat went to the aid of a RIB which suffered engine problems at the weekend.
The Frank and Brenda Winter launched at 10pm on Saturday when the small boat got into difficulties around three miles from shore.
The RNLI volunteer crew towed the RIB back to Peel.
Nobody was injured during the incident.
