Douglas lifeboat was called out yesterday morning after a yacht got into difficulty off the Island's coast.
The RNLI was mobilised just after 6am to assist the seven-foot vessel which had hit problems with the tide and weather off Langness.
Once at the scene, crews ensured the two people on board weren't in need of any immediate medical assistance.
The yacht was then taken under tow back to Douglas.
