Ramsey lifeboat went to the aid of a fishing vessel off the northeast coast of the Island last night.
The crew was called out shortly after 9pm when the 12-metre boat reported getting into difficulty around four miles from Maughold Head.
The lifeboat found the vessel, which had broken down, and her three crew.
The boat was towed back to Douglas rather than Ramsey because of tidal conditions.
