Only a quarter of one per cent of buildings in Douglas are on a council blacklist.
At a meeting in January, the local authority's Environmental Services Committee considered the city's schedule of properties in a state of dilapidation or disrepair.

Members heard that left 37 properties, or 0.25 per cent of the total in Douglas.
