New laws which would ban under 18s from buying nicotine pouches will be considered by the Legislative Council later.
MLCs will be looking at amendments to the Nicotine Products Bill which were made by the House of Keys last week.
The Bill was promoted by Cabinet Office Minister David Ashford, and aims to close a loophole allowing minors to legally buy the products on Island.
The Legislative Council is due to sit from 2.30pm on Tuesday, July 7.
