LegCo elections disappointing says Chief

The Chief Minister has branded the recent Legislative Council elections 'disappointing'.

After nine rounds of voting only two of the four seats were filled - with the final two to be settled in a re-vote on May 6th.

So far MHKs David Cretney and Bill Henderson have secured their positions.
