The first reading of the Island's Abortion Reform Bill in Legislative Council will take place tomorrow.
The bill, backed by Dr Alex Allinson passed its third reading in the House of Keys and was due to be considered by the upper branch.
However, it was delayed as Bill Henderson MLC said it wasn't ready to go before LegCo because of the amount of changes made by MHKS.
