Would you like to learn how to restart a heart?
Manx Care’s Resuscitation Team will be providing demonstrations of CPR at the Strand Shopping Centre next month.
On World Restart a Heart Day - which falls on Saturday, October 15 - members of the public can have a go at learning the lifesaving procedure.
Resuscitation team members will be on hand to answer any questions people may have.
The Team also wants to raise awareness of cardiac arrest, and to teach others what can be done to respond quickly in an emergency.
