Manx Utilities is looking to recruit two Lay Members to its board.
The changes come as Chris Allen announced his intention to resign from his role as of the end of May this year.
Chair of the organisation, Dr Alex Allinson MHK, is thanking Mr Allen for his work and praising the 'extensive engineering experience and professionalism' he brought to the role.
The closing date for applications for the roles to the Cabinet Office is at 5pm on Thursday, March 21.
