The number of people travelling through Ronaldsway Airport last month was down almost eight per cent on last August's total.
Just over 56,200 people used the facility last month, compared to just under 61,000 last year - a fall of 7.71 per cent.
The number of scheduled flights also fell this year - down from 790 in August 2024 to 755 last month.
Latest figures from the airport show cargo was also down 10 per cent year on year.
