As of September 1, the new venture will use the facilities at the Castletown-based school which are currently run by Hopes & Dreams group.
KWC Principal, Joss Buchanan, is thanking Hopes & Dreams for the work they've done there for the last 14 years with the college saying the move is to build on the strategy to provide wraparound care services.
Following the change, priority will be given to Hopes & Dreams customers with session times and fees to largely remain the same.
