A
senior delegation from the Isle of Man Government is in London today for a
meeting with the UK Treasury and the UK Financial Services Authority over the
position of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander.
The
talks will express the Isle of Man Government’s concerns over the situation of
the bank’s depositors.
After
they were caught in the UK Government’s freezing of Icelandic bank assets.
It’s hoped there’ll be some sort of resolution after the day’s events.
