A call has gone out to Parents on the Island to make sure they know where their children are when they go out to play.
The appeal comes off the back of reports that young people gained entry to the Marine Biological Station on Port Erin Promenade.
Once inside they have caused considerable damage.
Whereas the Police do not condone their actions their first concern is with their safety once inside the building, with a lot of potential dangers that could cause serious injury.
The Police will be enhancing patrols in this area and action will be taken against anybody found causing criminal damage.
