The hunt is on to name the Isle of Man's new national dish.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture says whether its kippers or queenies, it wants to hear the public's thoughts on the food you feel best represents the Island.
Chef Tony Quirk will then feature the winning idea at the Food and Drink Festival on Saturday, September 15 and Sunday, September 16.
