A man who worked for an egaming company that was part of a group raided by police has been told he can't change his mind about a £25,000 settlement he got.
Seng Hooi Yap worked for Champion Tech Limited - part of the King Gaming group - and wanted to claim constructive dismissal at an employment tribunal.
But he applied to set aside an agreement signed with the company so he could carry on with the case, claiming the firm had misrepresented the situation.
Tribunal chair Douglas Stewart said there was no evidence of misrepresentation and dismissed the application.
