Graham Cregeen MHK will face a question from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper on the issue when the House of Keys reconvenes for its latest sitting tomorrow.
In a query for written response, Mr Hooper wants to know how many individuals received sentenced to less than one month; between one and three months; from four to six months or between six months and year in each of the last five years.
The latest Keys session is currently planned to take place in Douglas on Tuesday from 10am.
