The House of Keys has heard a plea for unity and friendship from King Charles.
This morning, when MHKs gathered in Douglas, Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson relayed a message from the monarch which marked Commonwealth Day.
In it, the Lord of Mann said the world was commemorating the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War.
In his message, read to members by Mr Watterson, the king expressed his optimism about the environment:
