Manx Utilities says work on its wastewater network means part of the Old Castletown Road is closed this weekend.
The route will be shut near the railway bridge at the bottom of Kewaigue Hill on Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12.
It'll also close next weekend as work continues.
The organisation has thanked motorists for their patience.
