Right-wing political commentator Katie Hopkins has waded into the controversy over her show on the Island tomorrow, seemingly criticising an MHK.
Rushen MHK Michelle Haywood and Manx Bard Bradley Chambers are among those who've raised questions about the media personality's planned appearance at the Villa Gaiety in Douglas on Thursday, July 23.
In a post on Facebook, Hopkins asked: "Why is it always a drippy female trying to interfere with my shows?" - in an apparent reference to the local politician.
She goes on to say her event will be great for local businesses, adding there's also been a charity meet and greet at the Manx Legion in Douglas.
