The woman leading an independent review into how the government handled Covid says she's not worried about Freedom of Information requests.
In her latest monthly update, Kate Brunner KC says she's aware of FOI requests to departments about the pandemic.
She says she's unsure if they're refusing to answer because it may compromise her ongoing review., but says she wouldn't back any such refusal because she doesn't think the responses would interfere with her inquiries.
And she says she's asked for that message to be passed on to the government.
