Over 269,700 calls to 999 were made throughout 2023.
That's according to figure released by the Emergency Services Joint Control Room.
There were 14,920 total police events throughout the year, 13,167 ambulance events, and 1,564 fire events.
The team also recruited 10 new controllers.
