Job vacancies spiked in September with the lowest number of people out of work since 2008.
The Job Centre was notified of over 900 posts - 500 remained on file at the end of the month.
Around 2,500 people left the unemployment register over the past year.
It has left shortages in certain sectors - like ICT and engineering; leaving a greater demand to grow the Island's working population.
