Government will do its best to help those people who have lost or are set to lose their jobs.
That's according to the Chief Minister who says help will be made available.
It follows the news that 50 Flybe staff face redundancy after the airline confirmed it was closing its Ronaldsway base.
This comes on top of around 30 job losses at the Mount Murray Hotel after a fire broke out devastating the accommodation unit.
