There's a chance a prime location site on Strand Street could become vacant as it's reported photography retailer Jessops is on the brink of collapse.
The firm has struggled in recent years with more people using their smartphones to take pictures.
The administrator has said some of its 192 branches will need to close, there is currently no idea where these closures will take place however.
The news puts a potential 2000 jobs UK wide at risk.
