An all-island fitness day is being planned for next month.
The government-run project lands on 26th January and aims to encourage everyone to stay active.
A number of events will be held across the island including a 5K fun run and fitness classes.
A spokesman said daily exercise is shown to decrease the risk of depression and help to manage stress levels.
