GP surgeries on the Island are currently experiencing intermittent computer problems meaning people are struggling to book appointments.
Staff are, at times, unable to access the appointment booking system as well as patients’ records and notes.
Government’s IT division is currently working to address the issue.
The Department of Health is apologising to anyone affected by the problem.
