Government has confirmed IT issues are currently hampering services at Island GP surgeries.
As a result, people may not be able to make appointments or experience delays in reaching their practice at this time.
Officials add the situation is being worked on and it's hoped it will be resolved shortly.
They advise anyone contacting their GP over chest pain or about a potentially life-threatening condition should call 999 immediately.
