The chairman of LibVan has reiterated the importance of election security following what he’s called an ‘oversight’ at a recent by-election.
An investigation is ongoing after a complaint was made about an allegedly unsealed ballot box during last week’s Douglas Council ballot.
Michael Josem insists he doesn’t feel anything untoward occurred during last Thursday’s vote.
