An Island charity is hosting an event this month to combat seasonal sadness around this time of year.
Isle of Man Samaritans is hosting 'Brew Monday' on Monday January 20.
The campaign focuses on removing stigma around 'Blue Monday' and is encouraging people to have a cuppa with their friends, family and loved ones.
A team of Samaritans will be based in Lake Road and Victoria Road Tesco's to have a chat and answer questions anyone may have.
