Isle of Man Energy is warning customers of scammers claiming to call on behalf of the company.
Apparently the callers state that they're from 'Nationwide Heating,' and they need the customer to set up a new direct debit due to changes in the price of their Heating Care plans.
In a social media post, Isle of Man Energy confirms there has been no change to the price of those plans.
It adds that no additional direct debits should be set up for their services without speaking to the Customer Operations team first.
