All of the Island's schools and educational services are set to be externally validated by 2026.
The process will get underway next week at five schools, with each visit lasting about 6-8 weeks.
The validation programme may include speaking to students, joining lessons and meeting with staff and stakeholders.
The first group of schools will be St Mary's RC School, Peel Clothworkers', Kewaigue, Castle Rushen and QEII.
