The Island’s Deputy Chief Constable has told 3FM how pleased he is that the police force has been recognised for investing in its staff.
The Constabulary is the first police force in the British Isles to be awarded the Investors in People Gold Award following an assessment.
A selection of officers, from all levels of the organisation, were interviewed and were invited to give their honest thoughts about working for the force.
