The Island's minimum wage is set to increase next week.
From Wednesday, April 1 the adult hourly rate will rise to £12.86 an hour.
Meanwhile the youth rate is to go up to £10.16 an hour.
The seven percent uplift comes after Tynwald approved the new rates in February.
