It's been announced the Island's Lieutenant Governor will be attending the Coronation of King Charles III.
Sir John Lorimer will be at the ceremony at Westminster Abbey on Saturday May 6 alongside the Chief Minister Alfred Cannan.
His Excellency will return to the Island the following day to attend a special Coronation Service with Lady Lorimer at Cathedral Isle of Man in Peel.
They will then join the Island's community in celebrating the occasion at a number of events on Monday.
