A local group is helping those who get stuck in treacherous conditions across the Island.
Jake Mayers - a member of the Island's ''4x4 club" took to social media to offer a helping hand, as locals battle snow and ice.
He says 'if anyone gets stuck, they can send a private message and members of the club would be happy to help'.
Speaking to 3FM - Jake says he 'couldn't sit in the house and watch people struggle - if I can help someone today, they can help someone else tomorrow and keep paying it forward.'
Jake says he's helped lots of different people this morning alone - from Hospital staff, retailers, inexperienced and young R plate drivers, to the eldery.
If you're stuck and need help - you can contact Jake on 340648
