The Island is waiting on confirmation on when the Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine will arrive on Manx shores.
That's according to Director of Public Health, Dr Henrietta Ewart, during a government briefing yesterday after the UK announced yesterday morning it had approved the use of the jab.
Dr Ewart explained there are also other important areas which need to be finalised such as patient group directions and training materials which haven't been received yet.
The rollout of the Pfizer-Biontech jab is due to get underway on Island next Monday (January 4), starting with health and care staff.
