The Island's updated its export controls to match the latest European and UK regulations.
The amendments include updates on exporting conventional weapons and lifts arms embargoes on Armenia and Azerbaijan.
There are also new rules on electronics and semiconductor manufacturing gear, as well as goods that can be used for capital punishment.
