The Chief Minister has announced the Island will be strengthening its Commonwealth connections.
Howard Quayle MHK says by becoming a strategic partner of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council, new opportunities will open up for the Island.
The move will build on existing business links with Commonwealth members such as South Africa and India to promote the Island as an international business centre.
Mr Quayle says it's a good long-term strategic plan:
Two more schemes backed by government fund
