World-class riders will compete here to help continue Manx cycling prestige:
That's Steve Shimmin from Isle of Man Cycling Events - which is hosting elite sports men and women at the first Manx International Cycling grand Prix.
There hasn't been an event on this scale for the sport in over a decade - men will race three laps, and women two laps of the TT course.
Although road closures are in force on the day, pedestrian access will continue as normal - Mr Shimmin explains what fans can expect to see:
