That’s the view of the Chief Minister following a two day visit from the Swiss Ambassador earlier this week.
Allan Bell says it was a good opportunity to give Dominik Furgler was given an overview of the Island’s economy and constitutional position.
And he says that could pave the way to build links between the two nations:
