Right-to-buy issues could be considered as part of a wider review of housing on the Isle of Man.
That's according to the Department of Infrastructure - at present there are no plans to give leasehold tenants the opportunity to purchase the freehold of the property they occupy.
However Minister Phil Gawne says recent changes to housing show his department's "willingness" to adapt and modernise:
